Keith for Model Number Samsung RS2578SH Hi - my refrigerator and freezer are working fine, however, it does not produce ice. The tray does not fill with water (although the water dispenser works fine). I've tried the reset button several times, and the unit always seems to cycle through fine, but obviously with the water, it won't produce ice. I have not noticed any frost anywhere, and everything else seems to be fine. The unit is 8 years old, and this problem has been happening for a year now. I'm tired of buying ice - please help. Will a new ice maker assembly fix the problem? A new control board? Both? Anything?? Thanks in advance!
