John for Model Number KSRS25ILSS03 The evaporator fan motor inside my freezer section only blows cold air into the refrigerator section through the air diffuser up in the top left section of my refrigerator when the freezer door is open.It dosent blow much air with the freezer door closed.The fridge is not getting cold only 40 deg.Its a kitchen aide KSRS25ILSS03.
Answer Hello John. Check and see if there is a defrost problem inside the freezer. If so, you will need to test the heater WP2323198 and the thermostat WPW10225581. They should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, you will need to replace the timer 8201658. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
