Hello Dave. Sounds like the diffuser WP2216112 isnt closing. First check for an air leak around the door seals and at the ice door W10823377. An air leak will cause moisture from the air (humidity) to condense in the diffuser area and it could be blocked open by frost. If no air leak is detected you either have a bad diffuser or, since you have replaced the thermistor, the control 8201673 could be bad. Before you replace the control, unplug the unit for 10 minutes then reconnect to the power supply and see if it resets the microprocessor. Sure hope this helps
