Melanie V for Model Number KSRS25RS We have KitchenAid Side by Side with Ice and water in the door. The ice dispenser has stopped working but water dispenser still works. What part do we need to buy to fix this problem
Answer Hello Melanie, You will want to check the dispenser motor to see if it is faulty. You can check this by doing a voltage check. You should have 12 vdc to the motor on the pin 1 and 2.
