Anne for Model Number JES9860BAS I have a Jenn Air and and the touch control panel does not work also the convection fan. How would I fix it,please.
Answer Hello Anne. You will need to replace the control panel WPW10206087 if the buttons are not working. As for the fan, if there is power coming to the motor and it does not run, you will need to replace the fan motor WP7427P129-60. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
