Hello Tim, First remove the hose from the inlet side of the drain pump and check for debris. If none found, remove the other end of this hose from the outer tub and check for debris. While the hose is off of the pump, blow through the drain hose towards the drain pump. If this is clear also, replace the drain pump WP34001320. The impeller has probably separated from the drain pump motor shaft. The problem could be in the control, but the pump is the more common failure on these units.
