Hello Ed. Remove the drawer from the unit and disassemble the drawer WP8540402. Now clean each port and cup with hot water. This should take care of the issues. If not, you may need to replace the drawer. You can also tilt the front of the washer with the level legs, so it lean just a little backwards to help with this. Hope this helps.
