Steven P. for Model Number MAH5500BWW When I run the washer thru its' cycle, I come home and find the drum full of water. I put it in a spin cycle and the drum empties and spins and empties. I think it is the timer in the circuit board but am not too sure. Can you give me some advice? If you think it is the circuit board, do you sell them? Thanks
Answer Hello Steven, You should first remove the hose between the tub and the drain pump and check for debris. When the hose is removed from the bottom of the outer tub you will be able to make sure there is no small article of clothing between the tubs since it will settle here.
