John for Model Number JJW9627bab Oven is flashing an F1 code and beeping. What part do I ned to repair this?
Answer Hello John. For the F1 code, you need to test the oven sensor and make sure it is good. If so, then the unit is sensing a shorted key on the keypad. If the keypad is not shorted, you will need to replace the control board WP71003401 in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
