Leta for Model Number JJW9130DDB The key pad is not responding on certain keys. I believe the problem is in the control panel (74008957) but I would like to confirm this before purchasing a new one. Answer Hello Leta, You should first check the connections at the ribbon cable. If no problems are found, the control panel 5765M487-60 is the next suspect even though the control board 74008952 can be the cause, (less likely). Read More...
