Al for Model Number wfw8300sw02 My whirlpool duet sport washer will not agitate and I get a F-11 code. Checked all connections to the ccu and the mcu all Ok. Door locks are good ccu board clicks when turned on. A tech came to check it out and told me to change both boards, OUCH!! What can I do or is the tech correct? Water fills ok, door locks ok, but , no agitation.
Answer Hello Al. According to the error code, you will check connections first, then replace the MCU WPW10197864 next, and if problem continues, replace the CCU WPW10525351 last. This is recommended from the manufacture. If you replace the MCU and it does not fix the problem, you can return it and replace the CCU. Hope this helps. Read More...
