Eduardo for Model Number Kenmore 106-59964803 Hello. I just replaced the W11629923 and WP8281164 , and observed these issues: 1. The coupling seems loose, I can move it laterally with my fingers giving the impression that the screw is too long. 2. When pressing the flap in the front of the refrigerator to get ice, the auger drops 1 or 2 pieces and then stops moving, I can hear the motor spinning but it seems that there is no force to move the auger. 3. The ice crusher does not work, the motor keeps moving but the auger does not move. Can you please provide advice? I will appreciate your help to fix this problem. Answer Eduardo, it would be recommended that the coupling be checked to ensure that the seal WP2198661 is in place and that the screw or auger threads have not been damaged.
