Jane for Model Number Gu2455 Electric outlet has power. There does not seem to be any power at control panel. Is there a reset button on the machine?
Answer Hello Jane. You need to check the thermal fuse W10258275 in the unit and see if it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
