Kathy for Model Number KUDM03FTSS2 The dishwasher no longer operates. None of the lights on the control panel light up. Have checked the house circuits to the unit and everything is connected and live power is going to the dishwasher. A few weeks ago, the control panel became erratic, would not let me select certain cycles. Also, the soap dispenser does not open during the cycle to release the dishwasher soap tablet.
Answer Hello Kathy. You will need to check the thermal fuse W10258275 in the unit and make sure it is good. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
