Mike for Model Number KUDP02CRBS2 Cycle selection LEDs do not light up when pressed and washer won't start. I turned off power >5mins no luck. I did manual reset by alternately pressing Hi Temp Scrub and Heat Dry 5 times. It ran thru diagnostics. When done no LEDs were lit. I pressed Cancel as I read and when that was done still unable to select Normal (or any) wash cycle. Does this sound like a bad control board or something else? If I purchase the part(s) and they don't solve the problem can I return them for a full refund? Thanks -- Mike
Answer Hello Mike, the fact the control board ran through the diagnostic cycle shows that the control board is ok and that part of the keypad is working, what this sounds like is a failing keypad/touch membrane WP8572205.
