Henry O. for Model Number du1101xtpbb I had the clean and other lights blinking on front and dishwasher would not come on. I replaced the LED sensor on bottom of tub. Lights stoped blinking. All cycle buttons work but the only option light is heat and none other options will come on. The green power button will not come on. I checked both switches in door and ops check normal. The cancle button will cancle lights and when pushed a second time will drain and stop.
Answer Hello Henry. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control panel WP3385734 is bad and will need to be replaced. Remove the ribbon cable from the control board, make sure it is clean and dry. Reseat the ribbon cable all the way down. If problem continues, replace the panel. Hope this helps. Read More...
