David, Chances are you'll count the blinks and there'll be seven. This indicates and issue in the water heating circuit, and could be due to the water temperature being too low( you need a water temperature of 120 dgrs.F. in the bottom of the tub on the first fill of a wash cycle) You may also have a limit thermostat or heater element issue and will need to check both componwents for "closed" circuits with a multimeter. We'll be sending you some more information, so you can reset the new control and conduct the circuit checks on the components. Thanks
