Davidh for Model Number KUDK031TWH3 My kitchen aid dishwasher has a blinking light on clean,I can't clear it by turning off the breaker or canceling,all of the push buttons work but when I push start it also blinks and won't start,I have replaced the control board and it worked for two loads and the clean light started blinking again and won't start,the cancel and drain cycle does work,please help?
Answer David, Chances are you'll count the blinks and there'll be seven. This indicates and issue in the water heating circuit, and could be due to the water temperature being too low( you need a water temperature of 120 dgrs.F. in the bottom of the tub on the first fill of a wash cycle) You may also have a limit thermostat or heater element issue and will need to check both componwents for "closed" circuits with a multimeter.
