Richard H. for Model Number DU1100XTPBB When I set my dishwasher to normal wash cycle it will fill & wash for several minutes stop for a minute then go back to washing (never pumps out) and will repeat the wash cycle all day long over & over. It's like it's in a loop mode can you help?
Answer Hello Richard, The chopper assembly W10083957V has most likely broken and the unit is clogged with food particles. This is easily repaired but you should be aware that a chip of broken glass is the most likely cause. Use a wet vac to clear the impeller area so you don't get cut. Read More...
