Michael K. for Model Number Whirlpool GU2475XTVB1 The diagnostic cycle worked for a bit and now when I try to invoke it I get nothing but the lights of the heated dry and normal flashing. Not all lights lit and then diagnostic cycle just the lights of the buttons supposed to start diagnostics blinking. Some of the buttons are hard to press, but still appear to work. I still have water in the unit since drain won't work either. Could it be a control board? I'm not very troubleshooting savy so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Answer Hello Michael, This sounds like the control panel WPW10175239 has a stuck key. Remember, if this does not correct the issue, you can return the part for credit.
