This seems good to me is the control pwb not sending the voltage to the soliniod.
Answer Hello Darryl. Test for power to the water valve. If there is no power coming to the valve, check the wiring or replace the board. If there is power there, but no water, order the valve and replace it. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
