Mark for Model Number GU2300xtvb0 Several weeks ago, my (approximately) 3 year old Wirlpool dishwaser quit working. No lights on the panel. There was power to the unit and I checked the bimetal fuse. It was not working so I ordered a new fuse and installed it. The dishwasher started working again but now, after it runs through all of the wash and rinse cycles, it stops just before draining the final rinse. The heat dry cycle does not start either. The blue LED indicator light over the start button flashes constantly. No flash code is apparent, just a continous constant flashing. It appears that everything works up to that point. The detergent dispenser opens, all of the wash and rinse cycles seem to work although the times don't match the spec sheet that came with the unit. In order to continue, I press cancel. The unit then drains and stops. The heating element reads 10K ohms and it works during the water heating cycles. Any thoughts on the issue?
Answer Hello Mark. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control board is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, July 3, 2013
