Answer Hello Nelson. You need to check and see if the fuse W10258275 is bad and needs to be replaced in the unit. If there is power there, but everything is dead, it sounds like the fuse is bad. You need to replace the wiring harness sent with the fuse when you replace the fuse. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
