J.R. for Model Number JJW9630DDS The door gasket on the lower oven is hard on the bottom and appears not to be sealing. Is this difficult to replace? The door on the bottom oven does not appear to close as tightly as the upper door. Does this indicate a hinge issue or could the gasket also be causing this? Thanks
Answer Hello J.R., The door gasket WPW10162386 can cause the complete issue. If the hinges are "sloppy", they can contribute to the issue. If the hinges WP74010283 (two of these) have to be replaced, the manufacturers' notes say you must also replace the hinge receptacles WP74011337 (two of these). Read More...
