The ice container keeps freezing solid after harvest with ice cubes that have holes or partly made, which cause the whole ice container to freeze solid Any ideas would be grateful, thanks
Answer Andy, it would be recommended that the water going to the ice maker is inspected to ensure it is properly filling, and that the temperature of the freezer is checked with a thermometer to ensure it is accurate to what the setting is. If the temperature is good and the ice maker does not fill for 15 seconds, the failure would be in the main control W11035841. If the ice maker does fill for 15 seconds and harvests ice that are partially frozen, the failure would most likely be in the ice maker W10873791. Read More...
