Sherry for Model Number KFIS20XVMS11 My ice maker froze up much water around the unit when i finally got it out being frozen into the slot. I took everything out of the frig, unplugged for 24 hours- then plugged it back in and it make perfectly good ice for a month or 2 before it happened again. What do u think is the culprit?
Answer Sherry, the ice container and door chute would need to be inspected for any air leaks that could be causing frost to occur.
