Bj for Model Number MDB9150AWS My door latch has become very hard to open. The electronic part is work fine. It's seems that the handle isn't traveling far enough to unlatch the door.
Answer Hello BJ. You will need to check and see if the door latch WP99002292 is bad, or if the handle WP99002836 is broke.
