I was quite concerned that back order meant "never available". The service rep assured me that they would keep me informed. Two days later I received an e mail that all the parts were on the way, including the back order. I had all the parts in hand by the weekend, and my husband and I did the work together, using the handy reference video. It looks like a new dishwasher, and works like a dream! We are very happy!
