Lyn for Model Number KSB5BU4 I bought the 9704230 coupling because the black rubber melted or disintegrated. When I pooped the residue off - I had a silver circle of metal with 6 holes which I am assuming held the previous coupling. How do I get this off - I don't want to damage the shaft of the blender.
