Lisa for Model Number KSB5BU Hi, I have the model number KSB5BU. The serial number is: WH4624491. I need to replace the coupler. Which is the right one? I'm also looking for the gaskets for the pitcher and blade base. Do you have those? Also how do I know If the motor seal needs to be replaced?
Answer Lisa, there seems to be a missing number digit after the U in the model number KSB5BU. I have located a model KSB5BU0 which the coupler is discontinued and a model KSB5BU4 which the coupler is still available. These models have several different part numbers available.
