Leah for Model Number KSB5BU4 I ordered a coupler that says it fits model KSB5BU4 but the base of KSB5BU4 is slightly concave but the coupler that is supposed to fit is flat and doesn't fit? I can't reconcile why the part that is supposed to fit my model as specified is the wrong shape to fit in the space?
