J Mcleod for Model Number K8B5WH We ordered and received this replacement coupler, and followed the video directions to replace it. The blender now works but it doesn't sit down on to the coupler as snug as it use to. Therefore, it is a bit wobbly and needs to be held in place when blending. Is this normal, or is there anything we can do to correct this?
Answer J Mcleod, It appears that you may have gotten the wrong drive coupler for your mixer. The drive coupler for your unit will be part number 9703274 but has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available. Read More...
