Jennifer M. for Model Number KSB5WW4 The metal piece under the coupler is different than the one they show in the picture. It is tilted at an angle around the center and also has small holes around the outer edge. I bought the coupler that supposedly goes with it, but can't seem to get it on. The coupler lies flat the metal post does not. Have I got the wrong coupler or do I not know how to get the coupler to go on. Thank you for your help.
