Mike for Model Number 5KSB52E0B4 Re the coupling your explanntory text says:"To remove you must turn clockwise". However, your video says I must remove with a screw driver and then tighten clockwise. So do we remove or tighten clockwise? Will appreciate your answer as I am about to replace my coupling and postage to South Africa is as much as the cost of the part, so I don't want to mess this up.
