Paul for Model Number 5KSB52BGR4 I have removed the blender drive coupler (teeth have worn out - in fact the plastic disintegrated during use). I now have a circular disc about an inch diameter, so not like the video. I assume the replacement sits on top of the disc. What replacement do I need and what is the part number for reordering purposes and where can I get it from? Many thanks
Answer Hello Paul. The round disc is part of the coupler WP9704230. You will need to remove it from the shaft to install the coupler. Watch the video on the parts page.
