Brenda for Model Number AP2930430 I was told that I needed AP2930430 Drive Coupler for my Kitchen Aid Blender Model #: RRKSB5. You sent me drive coupler part number: 9704230. We had no trouble installing the new part . However, I later realized the discrepancy in the part number sent as opposed to the one ordered. There seems to be some lag time when I turn the blender on at different speeds. Please advise.
Answer Hello Brenda. The numbers are the same for the coupling WP9704230. One is the manufacture number and the other is our inventory number.
