Hello! According to the model number supplied, KSB5CR3, and the manufacturer the drive coupling WP9704230 is the correct replacement coupling used on your appliance. I have also check our older system cards for this model and this part shows to be correct. Have you checked to make sure that the threaded part of the coupling is not stuck on the base of the unit?
