Carl G for Model Number KSB5WH3 coupler turns free clok wise and counter clokwise. Is there other way to free it sinse is not blocket. Is this abnormal case? Thank you.
Answer Carl, It is Normal for the coupler to turn in both directions, when not in use. When the motor runs, it turns in a counterclockwise direction and this causes the coupler to tighten on the the motor shaft.
