Oren for Model Number 5KSB52EBU4 Hello, I tried removing the coupler but my shaft turns freely both directions. I ended up removing only the black rubber which composes the coupler and left with a metal ring connected to the shaft. Should I remove it as well and how? It's connected firmly to the shaft.
