Elaine W. for Model Number KSB5WH I have a Kitchen Aid Blender that was given to me approx 2002, or 2003, the Serial # is WHO703990 or WHO708990. I tried to get a new Coupler, using the mfg.# 9704230 but it states my model # is not compatible. Where can I find the correct model? I only started using the blender three years ago. thanks
Answer Elaine, if your model number is KSB5WH with no digits after the H in the model you will use coupler part number 9703274.
