Stephanie for Model Number KSB50B4 Kitchenaid Blender Hi- I have a Kitchenaid Blender. The rubber feet on the coupling disintegrated and fell completely off leaving behind a small metal disk. I ordered a new coupling but it will not fit on top of that metal disk. (The metal disk has a blunt top that would not allow me to screw on the coupling.) I am wondering if this disk was left behind when the rubber section broke away? And if so, does it need to be removed? Help! Thank you!
Answer Hello Stephanie! The metal from the old drive coupling should be discarded. You can visit our free repair forum for the installation process of the drive couplings, here is a link that may help.
