Hello Edgar, This can only be one of three things. A bad connection, a bad control panel 6-919765, or a bad electronic control board. The electronic control board part number is dependent on the first two numbers of the serial number, (this is used as the series or run number). If the first two serial numbers are 32 or lower, you will need to order 12002710. If the first two numbers are 33 or higher you will need to order WPW10218826. Considering the complaint, I would guess a bad connection. If this isn't it, my next guess would be the power supply for the panel on the control board. The last thing I would try for a dim display is the display itself. Remember, if you order a part that isn't needed, as long as you send it back before 365 days have passed, we will refund for the returned part.
