John S. for Model Number du1345xtvbo Water leaks at the bottom of the door. I replaced the door seal and it still leaks bad.Is there a bottom seal?
Answer Hi John. Please check to see if your door latch actuator is not broken. If so , replace it with part #WP8524471. Carefully inspect the inner door panel for nicks or gouges that does not allow proper door sealing/ closure. Inner door panel part # is WP8269259. Also it is rare, but the center spray arm can split open during operation and sling out too much misdirected water. Please carefully inspect spay arm and replace it w/ part #WP8269024.
