Brett for Model Number KSM5BBU After several years of use, my mixer began only operating at the highest speed (stir thru 8 does nothing). After reading several posts, it became obvious that I needed to replace the phase control board. I followed the video exactly after receiving the part, but I ended up with the exact same issue. I tried unscrewing the top screws as stated in video, but that still gave me nothing on the lower speeds. What else could it be? I have a volt meter but not sure how or what to test.
