Hello Wilbur, If the motor is running and the unit will not drain you will need to pull the spin basket to see if an article of clothing has jumped the spin basket and stopped up the opening where the pump hose connects to the outer tub assembly. If the motor is not running you will need to verify the timer is sending voltage to the motor. If so, the motor WP661600 most likely has a bad winding. If not, the timer WP3946448 is suspect. As a note, the wiring between the timer and motor should be checked before ordering the timer.
