Manuel S. for Model Number llr8233d The supper spliced the one inch drain hose connected to the pump's drain outlet by using a half inch copper diameter nipple to lenghten the hose in order to reach the waste line. The washer work fine, for a few times but, now it hardly drains. I checked the water pump and hoses found no obstructions and the pump's inner blade is spinning ok, but I still have the same draining problem. I was thinkin that the nipples smaller diameter may be the problem by causing the pump to work harder. Do I have a good guess and solution, cause I may need is to replace the hose with the proper diameter?
Answer Hi Manual. Is the drain hose lower than the tub? The drain pipe / standpipe has to have length to accept the constant flow of drain. Can you use the 10' length hose part # is 285666? The regular hose is part # 285664. There is a 21" drain extension if you need this also it is part # 285702. The pump is part # WP3363394. Thank you. Read More...
