Garry for Model Number 3359220 I'm not sure if this is the model # or not 3359220(only number on washer after 15 years of great service). The washer wont agitate or spin. You can hear what sounds like a motor running. When you turn agitator by hand it has resistance. I was told it is a direct drive unit. Not sure what is wrong or how to fix.
Answer Hi Garry. If you can lift and tilt your unit backwards it will help you to see. If there is a hand full of black rubber chunks/dust then you will need to replace the motor coupler assy.
