Claudette for Model Number RAX5133AWO We purchased the new water pump (AP2907492) and installed it, but the water is still not draining. Any suggestions?
Answer Hi Claudette. Remove power. Tilt and support the unit up and back. Is there any black dust under the center area of the floor? If so the motor coupler will need replaced, part # 285753A. This couples the motor and the transmission together.Take the sump ( intake ) hose off the pump and look inside the hose to see if anything like clothes is inside it.
