Hi Claudette. Remove power. Tilt and support the unit up and back. Is there any black dust under the center area of the floor? If so the motor coupler will need replaced, part # 285753A. This couples the motor and the transmission together.Take the sump ( intake ) hose off the pump and look inside the hose to see if anything like clothes is inside it. Remove the hose off the tub and look in the tub end to see if your block is there. Thank You.
