Hello Marc. You will need to check and see if the cold water is working on the water valve. If the valve is bad and not letting in cold water, the machine will stop. Try using cold on the wash cycle and see if the cold water fills the tub assembly. If not, replace the water valve WPW10140917. Hope this helps.
