Babs, you most likely have a corroded injector nozzle and valve, or damaged/ loose injector hose : WP213015 WP216201 206154, To access the components, you'll need to remove the front panel, Remove the Two(2) phillips head screws at the bottom of the front panel, swing the panel out at the bottom, until the top clips unhook from the top. Using a 3/8 inch socket or nut driver, Remove the attachment bolts(1 on each side, front corner) holding the top, to the cabinet, disconnect the bleach dispenser hose(if applicable, and raise the top of the washer. Once the top is up, the components we're concerned with are located in the left rear corner of the cabinet. Remember, to unplug the power cord and turn off the water at the faucets.
