Andrew for Model Number LSG7304AAE Dryer would not heat. Element would glow orange but no gas. Replaced coils as suggested. Now element glows, flame burns for about 10 seconds, igniter dims and the flame goes out. I have no blockage. Checked flame sensor and it has continuity. Now what ?
Answer Hi Andrew. At this point I will suggest 2 parts. The Igniter is the first part that weak en's and may open under flame shutting the gas flow. This part # is 4391996. The flame senser is mounted on the lt. side of the heater can. It is normally closed and opens the coil under normal temperature cycling. This part # is WP338906. This will solve the issues you have.
